We are excited that your child will be attending Putnam County Primary School. 

The staff of Putnam County Primary School is committed to making the enrollment process as easy and efficient as possible for families. 

Putnam County Charter School System new student registration is designed to assist families with student registration needs associated with transferring and relocating to the Putnam County Charter School System. 

 New Student Registration is Online ONLY 

1. Begin the Online Registration Process 

• The below documents may be uploaded directly to the portal or submitted during the registration appointment: 
• Birth certificate/Guardianship Paperwork 
• Social Security Card 
• Immunization (DHR Form 3231) 
• Ear, Eye & Dental Form (GA Form 3300) 
• Two(2) proof of Residency 
• Mortgage or Lease/Rental Agreement or
• Two (2) Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, sewer, or trash within 30 days from date of registration date) 
• Valid Photo Identification/Passport of Registering Parent

2. Attend Registration Appointment (parent and student; by appointment only) 

• Monday through Thursday between the hours of 09:00 am and 1:00 pm 

3. Records are Requested by Registrar 

• Student documents sent by the previous school that are unsealed are not valid 
• Records upload available during online registration 

4. Complete Registration 

• Students will receive a start date once ALL records are received by the previous school. 

Any Parent/Guardian Withdrawing Students must come to the school and present valid photo identification AND return all equipment issued by Putnam County Charter School System (all equipment must be returned BEFORE records are released to a requesting school). 

ONLY THE ENROLLING PARENT CAN WITHDRAW A STUDENT 

You may submit all documentations by email to soranda.jarrett@putnam.k12.ga.us or in person every Monday thru Thursday during the hours of 9:00-1:00.
